Change Readiness Assessment
“We have all heard the cliché “Change is the only constant”. However
when it comes to actually changing, it is an onerous task, be it for
individuals or organisations. That is why we need to assess our
readiness for change both at Individual level and at organisational
level. At LEADyne, we help you to assess the Change Readiness both at
Individual level and at organisational level. The Individual change
readiness assesses individuals in seven traits of change viz.,
Resourcefulness, Adaptability, Optimism, Confidence, Adventurousness,
Tolerance for Ambiguity and Passion/Drive. At the organisational level,
the assessment looks at 25 different areas where we might need to work
at. These assessments provide very valuable guidelines for leading the
