Rahil is a Leadership Coach who has acquired experience across various fields, countries and cultures throughout the years. As a leader in  one of the most influential philosophical organisations in the world with thousands of centres costing over $800 million dollars in investments, programmes and events – training, mentoring and coaching individuals and teams spanning the UK, Europe and the USA was a vital ongoing practice for Rahil at senior levels for continued success and growth. Whether its coaching teams to raise funds and implement multimillion dollar projects or coaching individual entrepreneurs and business leaders to enhance personal performance, Rahil’s coaching enabled anyone who crossed his path to unlock  their full potential, craft a growth chart and ensure it was achieved, both personally and corporately. After a well deserved gap to diversify in other fields to develop other skills, Rahil is re-building his coaching portfolio of business leaders in the UK who have business  with high net worth individuals across the globe.

Rahil is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and qualified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF is the world’s largest non-profit coaching association with over 41,000 members across 145 territories. ICF maintains high standards for professional coaches worldwide and requires ICF Credentials to be renewed every three years. It is the only globally recognized professional coaching credential. During the first half of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020, Rahil offered 100 hours of  free/token priced coaching to 19 clients in various spheres of influence across the world via zoom to help shape their personal performance online.

Rahil’s biography – Found By Love was published in 2016 and has sold just over 10,000 copies and is translated into 8 different languages which entails speaking engagements in various countries across the world. He has travelled extensively throughout his life across the U.K., USA, Russia, East Africa, South Africa and India as well as over 400 trips across various European nations. Rahil’s ongoing East-West exposure allows him to have access to a variety of cross-cultural insights. Authors such as JK Rowling and high profile statesmen such as the Crown Prince of Kuwait have picked up Rahil’s biography over the past few years.

Currently, Rahil is also a consultant to the U.K. government, European Parliament and certain NGOs in India and its diaspora’s culture, ethics and religion and how they play out within contemporary geopolitics. After speaking in the European Parliament in March 2021 he contributed to various key resolutions on human rights, freedom of religion and media that the EU presented later to the Indian government on May 8th at the annual EU-India Summit.

He also consults churches in the west on various matters.

Rahil lives in Oxford, United Kingdom with his wife Szabina. They love travel, art, film, history, philosophy and theology. In his spare time Rahil enjoys writing short stories of transformed lives.
