Certified Servant Leadership Champion (CSLC) Program

LEADyne plans to create a global network of Champions to take the message of Servant Leadership to various target audiences. The Champions will be certified by LEADyne

  1. You can become a CSLC if you
    • Are passionate about Servant Leadership
    • Have a desire to work on having Servant Leadership implemented in organisations and among individuals
    • Are willing to and able to facilitate learning sessions and workshops for others
    • Willing to coach others to perform better
    • Have good communication and presentation skills

  3. Why would you want to consider being a CSLC?
    • Provides you an opportunity to be significant in all walks of life by adding value to self and others
    • Lifts you up from “knowing” Servant Leadership to “Practicing and benefiting” from Servant Leadership. “Benefiting” could be in all walks of life , personal, family, social, professional, business, spiritual etc.
    • Give you an opportunity to earn a steady income while doing something that you enjoy doing

  5. What happens after I get certified?
    • You have a chance to be engaged (financially compensated) as facilitators for the  “Servant Leadership  in Action for Momentum (S.L.A.M)”  workshops as follows
      • Open workshops to be organised by LEADyne  (in person and/or virtual)
      • In-house workshops conducted as part of LEADyne’s engagement with other organisations (Religious and Charitable organisations, NGOs, Small and Medium Businesses, Large Corporates) (in person and/or virtual)
      • Webinars conducted in open access manner and/or for organisations as listed above
      • SLAM workshops organised by Franchisees of LEADyne either in open workshop format or in-house workshop format
    • You have an opportunity to become a Franchisee of LEADyne either individually and/or together with others. This is a source of revenue for you based on a revenue sharing model with LEADyne.
    • You have opportunities to take up paid coaching assignments for professionals through LEADyne and/or through their Franchisee network.

  7. What does it take to become a  CSLC?
    • Take the 360 degree MSLA assessment (Menorah Servant Leadership Assessment)
    • Attend the two day intensive in-person SLAM for Leaders Program conducted by the designer and LEADyne’s Master Facilitator Dr. Madana Kumar, PhD
    • Work and implement the action plan arrived at during the SLAM workshop
    • Create a Most Significant Change Story (MSC story) based on the actions that you implemented.
    • Re-do the 360 degree MSLA to assess changes in perception
    • Complete six the Pre-CSLC workshop Challenges
    • Attend a three day intensive CSLC certification workshop
    • Observe LEADyne Master Facilitator Dr. Madana Kumar, PhD facilitate one full SLAM session
    • Co-facilitate at least two sessions of the SLAM (in two different occasions)  with Dr. Madana Kumar, PhD. Receive the feedback  and take corrective actions as required
    • In addition, if paid coaching opportunities are to be taken up
      • Undergo atleast one supervised coaching session (supervised by a certified coach)

  9. What resources will I have access to once I become a CSLC?
    • You will receive a detailed Facilitator Guide during the CSLC Certification workshop
    • You will receive the updated slide decks that are to be used for the program, along with the videos, and handouts (or any other props) required for the program
    • You will have online access to a host of resources including articles, videos, case studies, FAQs etc.

  11. What is the validity of the CSLC Certification?
    • The certificate is valid for 12 months and will be renewed if
      • The CSLC has completed at least one SLAM workshop during the last 12 months OR
      • The CSLC attends a half day refresher session with Master Facilitator within a period of 24 months of inactive status.

  13. How much do I need to invest to become a CSLC?
    • Time:
      • Two days for the SLAM workshop as participant
      • 16 hours consolidated for the seven pre-CSLC workshop challenges
      • Three days for the CSLC Certification workshop
      • Two day for the SLAM Virtual workshop as observer
      • Four days for SLAM Virtual as co-facilitator
    • Monies  (Prices are subject to revision)
      • Rs 20000/- for the SLAM workshop
      • Rs 15000/- for the CSLC workshop
