Why Servant Leadership?

We believe that Servant Leadership is the New Paradigm in Leadership. We know that Servant Leadership is the only Leadership Philosophy that produces the best of Results and Relationships. It also creates a new World environment.

What do we do on Servant Leadership?

We have Demystified Servant Leadership by answering three pertinent questions
  1. Does it Work?
  2. Is it measurable?
  3. Can it be Practiced?
We help organisations move beyond the theory and help them build Servant Leadership as the overarching Leadership Philosophy in practice. Our interventions are structured around building self-reliance We Enable Individuals, Institutions and Organisations to understand and practice Servant Leadership philosophy , in a practical, personlised manner. Our interventions covers all levels in organisations. We call it the S.L.A.M (Servant Leadership in Action for Momentum) S.L.A.M is built around our DEEP BHC competency framework consisting of seven behaviours and 10 attributes

S.L.A.M is offered in four variants to cater to the needs of the target audience
  1. S.L.A.M for Leaders: This is the flagship program and is meant for anyone with leadership roles. This would mean individuals, team leaders, Managers. Senior Managers, Pastors, Directors, Teachers, Volunteers CxOs etc. The structure of this will be as follows

      • 360 degree survey to be done prior to the workshop (Menorah Servant Leadership Assessment- MSLA)
      • An intensive workshop (spread over one to three days depending on the depth required) culminating in a specific action plan for implementation. The workshop will enable changes at the following levels of the Leader

          • Heart of the Leader
          • Head of the Leader
          • Hands of the Leader
          • Habits of the Leader

      • Follow up support for action plan for 3 months

  2. S.L.A.M for Individual Contributors: We believe that when the Hearts, Head, Hands and Habits of the Leaders are changed, it will create a different culture and climate within the organisation. We will help Individual contributors gain maximum benefit and create significant impact in a Servant Leadership environment through Self Leadership Principles aligned to Servant Leadership.

  3. S.L.A.M for Champions: Our objective is to create a Servant Leadership Culture within the organisations. This is best achieved by creating a support system of champions within the organisation. We will work with the organisation to Create a community of Certified Servant Leadership Champions (CSLC)within the organisation. These CSLCs can then drive the continuation of the program within the organisation.

  4. S.L.A.M for CxOs: It is recommended that the CxOs go through the SLAM for Leaders variant. However we do realise their busy schedules and priorities and we can run them through a Half day awareness session on the need for SL and the benefits that can be derived out of implementing the philosophy
