I am really happy to be a part of it. There were lot of take aways from the sessions conducted. It helped me to think from others perspective by standing in their shoes. I have started applying the concept of persuasion & empowerment not only in my team but also personally too, I am getting positive outcome from my 10 and 6 year old naughty boys 😊. I could also understand UST values and culture (Humility, Humanity and Integrity) in a better way through this #servantleadership approach. Definitely it will help us to become a better person and a good leader. I would recommend this wonderful leadership program to all my colleagues. Thanks once again team.
